Really the first comic in this series is only okay, however stick with the series and you will be rewarded. This series is dark and gritty, and always keeps you guessing. The series starts with seemingly unconnected stories, but of course there is a bigger picture, and it is how Azarello ties all the story lines together that makes this series fantastic. I would only give this book three stars, but the series is worth five!
