This is one of the better Gluten Free books that I've tried, this is a new edition of the version that I purchased last year.
Coeliac daughter aged 2 1/2, buy this book if only for the chocolate brownies, I have been making them weekly for the last 6 months, everyone else loves them too, delicious heated with ice-cream on top (leave out the walnuts for the kids, although lovely made with chopped toasted hazelnuts for the adults).
I also tried the Raspberry and Chocolate Torte, very rich, it could do with a few more raspberries but delicious (only for serious chocolate lovers).
