After the success of his first book "Between The Three Bridges", P. J. now takes you through the next seven years. His short four month spell at St. John the Baptist, where his love for sports was not matched by his ability to play. His first job as a messenger boy during the harsh winter of 1963, when the river Shannon froze over. A job he hated but hated school more. His time spent at the Standard garage in Thomas Street, where he earned more money than the Manager. The happy home until it fell apart.
Be prepared to shed a tear or two and have another good laugh.
