Pat has written a short biography of the fourth Earl of Dunraven to acknowledge the Centenary of his death and also his many contributions to the region, the county and the village of Adare. He built the Village Hall in 1911.
He previously built the first golf course as Adare which opened in 1900 but these are only two of his many remarkable contributions.
