Information required for all orders: name, email address, shipping address, telephone number. This information is necessary for us to process your order. We do not provide any personal information to any third party other than to our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your parcel (they have their own privacy statement available on request).

 

Setting up a Profile requires you to provide us with your email address and choose a password. You can sign up to our newsletter and have the option of linking your O’Mahony’s Booksellers Reward Card to your online profile to get bookpoints on your online purchases for redemption instore. If at any stage, you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, login to your profile and untick the newsletter option under My Account.

Financial Information: O'Mahony's does not collect or store any payment information, to complete your financial transaction on our website, you are transferred to a payment handler Worldnet or Paypal which securely handles your card payment (these both have their own privacy statements).

 

Sensitive personal data: O'Mahony's does not collect any data of a sensitive nature.

 

Data relating to minors: O'Mahony's website is not intended for children and it is not permitted to be used by individuals under the age of 18.
