Please call to any O'Mahony's Branch to receive a Reward Card, reward cards are issued at the till when a purchase is made. Bookpoints can only be redeemed in any of O'Mahony's Booksellers branches in Limerick, Ennis, Tralee or the University of Limerick.

Spending O'Mahony Reward Card Bookpoints
If you decide to return a product which you purchased, we'll deduct the Bookpoints from your Reward Card that you were awarded when you made your purchase.
Lost/Damaged or Stolen Reward Card
In the event that a Reward Card is damaged, lost or stolen. Please call into any of our branches and a member of staff will help you or email firstname.lastname@example.org.

While our Reward Card is primarily for in-store purchases, Reward Card bookpoints can also be earned online, you need to link your Card to your online account using the "Change My Profile" link after logging in, you only need to set this up once and then points will be added automatically. Guest Checkout cannot be used to receive Bookpoints.
One point per euro spent will be added to your O'Mahony's Reward Card for redemption in store. Where there is a promotion running on our website (including discounts, coupons or special prices), no bookpoints will apply for the duration of that offer.
O'Mahony's will only share your details with companies that process our Reward Card on our behalf, for example to produce your Reward Card and print our mailings. We will analyse your purchase history to provide you with relevant and personalised offers, information and advice, in helping you choose products that are right for you.
It is a condition of our Reward Card that you provide us with either your email address and/or your mobile number so that we may contact you about offers and so that you can be notified of any changes to the scheme. Reward Card newsletters are sent out occasionally, if you don't wish to receive any communication from O'Mahony's Booksellers, then please return your Reward Card to O'Mahony's Booksellers, 120 O'Connell Street, Limerick V94 H6Y8 and your Reward Card will be removed from our database.

When do I receive Bookpoints?
Bookpoints will usually be awarded when a card is presented at the till in any O’Mahony’s branch.
How are Bookpoints calculated?
In O’Mahony’s shops Bookpoints are awarded at a rate of 3 Bookpoints for every €1 spent or a pro rata amount rounded down to the nearest point. Bookpoints for school and academic books are awarded at a rate of 1 Bookpoint for every €1 spent. O'Mahony Gift Vouchers are awarded 2 Bookpoints for every €1 spent. The number of Bookpoints awarded on products may change. Points on the website are different than points in the shop, see Terms & Conditions below.
Why do I need to register my card?
You cannot redeem points unless you have registered your card. Registering your card means that you have provided us with your name, email address and phone number and that you have agreed to receive occasional newsletters from us.
How do I earn Bookpoints?
Simply present your card when you bring items to the till in any O’Mahony’s branch or link your Reward Card to your profile on our website to earn points for online purchases.
How do I spend Bookpoints? When you’re making a purchase in any O’Mahony’s branch, present your Reward Card at the till to redeem points. There needs to be a balance of 200 or more bookpoints on your card (One Bookpoint is the equivalent to one cent) and your card has to be registered in order to redeem Bookpoints.
What happens if I return an item?
The Bookpoints that you were awarded when you made your purchase will be deducted from your Reward Card.
Can I get Bookpoints if I forget to present my card?
No, your Reward Card must be presented at time of purchase and bookpoints cannot be added retrospectively.
Are there items that don't receive Bookpoints?
Bookpoints are not awarded on book tokens, book covering, plastic bag levy, postage or sale items.
My email address and/or mobile number has changed, do I need to contact you?
Yes, you need to email email@example.com so that we can update your card information, otherwise you may miss out on promotions and information on changes to the Reward Card.
Can I save for my children's schoolbooks or for Christmas on my Reward Card?
Yes, for every €1 that you save with us, we will convert it into 100 bookpoints for you to be spent whenever you wish. Just ask at any counter when presenting your Reward Card.
