Tom McNamara. Songwriter, Musician was born in Ballymorris, Cratloe, Co. Clare. After attending school in Pallaskenry he joined the Irish Army for four years and later moved to London.

He started writing in 1986 - Vocalist Tommy Drennan recorded four of his songs for RTÉ and his songs are now performed by other groups and bands.

Tom McNamara writes in a style which sincere and from his heart. He is quite spiritual and his simple Christian faith is a lesson to us all.
